In 2011, bitcoin had just launched and members were learning the ecosystem. I worked on a project called BPIP while Matthew ran a
passthrough ponzi, earning 7% interest per week but returning only 1% to his investors. Pirate went to prison and Matthew used the proceeds to start the first bitcoin ICO (his words).
Matthew has claimed multiple times he was investigated by law enforcement and cleared. This is untrue - I personally spoke to the SEC agent in charge, who now runs his own law firm.

Matthew excitedly contacted me about advertising on BPIP. I looked into his ad for Nastyfans and realized it was illegal, and his budget only included seats in the scam, so I refused.
Matthew then decided to play a game and normalize chatting about sex with pre-pubescent children. A old partner of his (Steven Steiner) volunteers with children at an animal shelter and calle at least one police agencies to see if it was legal for daycares to hire pedophiles. The administrator of the bitcointalk forum, (Michael Marquart aka Theymos) offered donated funds for a private government.
Matthew took his fun off the forum, where he asked my facebook friends to see what they thought about my being a pedophile, and then taunted me in the forum. The stress eventually gave me a stroke, and I had to leave the lucrative bitcoin marketplace. Unfortunately, my legal right to sue for that libel expired, as this happened over two years ago.

I returned to the forum to attempt to rebuild my business. Almost instantly Matthew Ogness accused me of impersonating him on Telegram. Then he started a new game, claiming law enforcement agencies have confirmed and documented an extortion attempt. And just like his last game, others are starting to echo these baseless accusations. Recently when the community discovered Matthew had stolen donated coins, Michael let him keep some of the proceeds. We cannot count on the admin to fight scams.
Please review the evidence below, and support my GoFundMe. Considering the rise of bitcoin value since 2011, the direct role Matthew played in my loss, and my proven ability to develop unique services, I'm hoping to win a large settlement. If I win, I will be giving each supporter a bitcoin collectible worth several hundred dollars. And of course I will provide financial legal assistance to anyone else who wants to sue for crypto lost on that forum.
Matthew is constantly bragging about how much he has stolen, and even posted a picture of one of his coins worth $one hundred million USD.
